If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Prince Creations purchase, we would be happy to exchange it for a different item.

Our return requirements are as follows:

• Items must be returned in their original re-sellable condition.
• Intems must be received within 30 of purchase date.

Simply fill out the Return Form and mail the item, the Return Form, and a form of payment to:

Upon receiving the return, your exchange request will be processed and the new item will be shipped within 2 weeks.  There are no additional shipping charges for the shipment of the new item(s).
